Mark graduated in Ecology from Edinburgh University in 1969 and was subsequently responsible for managing the set-up of the National Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales. He qualified as an Osteopath in 1979 and then completed his first course in Applied Kinesiology in 1984. Mark continues to study with the world's most knowledgeable teachers of Applied Kinesiology and has himself published widely on the subject. He has also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) over many years and graduated from the Robbins Research International Mastery University.

In 1988, Mark established the Rêve Pavilion Natural Health Clinic which provides an integrated and multi-disciplinary approach for the treatment of all kinds of health problems. Being dyslexic himself, Mark has always had a special interest in helping children with learning and behavioural difficulties. The Sunflower Therapy was pioneered by Mark at the Rêve Pavilion and in 1995 he set up the Sunflower Trust.

Harry believes strongly in enabling young people to realise their full potential and live a fulfilling life. Prior to his work with the Sunflower Trust he was a Prince's Trust mentor for 10 years and a board member for the Surrey Area – he has also worked on fund-raising for the NSPCC. Harry's business career included operational and management roles in marketing, business development and customer services. He's currently a freelance business advisor and marketing consultant.

Elizabeth is an Educational Psychologist and Dyslexia Consultant. After graduating with an Honours Degree in Psychology in 1968, she completed a four year post-graduate course in Educational Psychology. Elizabeth worked in primary and secondary schools in Surrey until 1979 when she established a private practice specialising in providing help for dyslexic pupils and their parents.

She has close links with a wide range of independent schools in the South of England and advises parents on school placement. Since 1991, she has been working with Mark Mathews at the Rêve Pavilion researching new techniques and methods that enhance learning skills. In 1994, she qualified as a Sound Therapist and provides both Auditory Integration Training (AIT) and Samonas Sound Therapy at the Rêve Pavilion.

Clive Lindley-Jones is a registered osteopath, a qualified teacher and holds diplomas in Psychotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). He's been teaching for over 30 years in both Europe and Japan and was, for over 10 years, on the faculty of the European School of Osteopathy. He's been lecturing to post-graduate medical groups for many years throughout the UK and the rest of Europe. Clive is the author of a number of papers on Osteopathy, Applied Kinesiology and the Sunflower Therapy, as well as being co-trainer in the UK and Germany for the Sunflower Trust.
